Established by Damien Barry, a career educator, who has written, designed and curated a collection of resources, books, programs, and activities to support those who teach children of all ages, those who lead school communities, and those who are raising and educating boys.

By Design Learning Co. can assist teachers, school leaders and parents to navigate the challenges and complexities of leading school communities, leading and developing staff, creating safe and vibrant classroom environments, building exciting and relevant learning tasks, and growing our boys into caring, kind men.
